Fruitoholic brand is challenging specialty brands who focus only on juices or smoothies or "fruit" ice creams.

Currently, the vast majority of these areas are served by local bakeries, which often do not focus on quality and the only option is Indian mithai. Lombard Street Bakehouse plans to bring high quality baked goods with hot & cold beverages, with a western QSR experience but with velocity pricing to these Tier 4/5 areas. Backed by The Art of the Possible and led by Pramod Damodaran, LSB challenges the norm that modern desserts and experiences are only appreciated in metros.
